At Majonix consultancy, we understand the importance of transparency and fairness in our dealings with clients. Our refund policy is designed to ensure that our clients receive the best possible service and that any issues or conflicts are resolved in a fair and satisfactory manner.

1. Job Selection and Matching : Our refund policy applies to situations where a candidate has been selected for a job profile and the job profile does not match the initial expectations or requirements outlined by the client. In such cases, we are committed to resolving any conflicts or discrepancies in a timely and efficient manner.
2. Conflict Resolution : In the event of any conflicts or disputes arising between the client and the candidate, we encourage both parties to engage in open and honest communication to resolve the issue. Our team at Majonix consultancy is available to facilitate discussions and negotiations between the parties to reach a mutually acceptable resolution.
3. Refund Process : If, after thorough evaluation and discussion, it is determined that a refund is warranted, the following process will be followed: The client must submit a formal request for a refund, stating the reasons for the request and providing any relevant documentation or evidence. Our team will review the request and conduct a thorough investigation into the circumstances surrounding the request. If the request is deemed valid, a refund will be issued to the client within 2 days from the date of approval.

4. Exceptions : Please note that there may be certain exceptions to our refund policy, including but not limited to: Cases where the candidate has already commenced employment with the client. Cases where the client has provided inaccurate or misleading information that has led to the selection of an unsuitable candidate. Cases where the client has failed to adhere to the terms and conditions outlined in the contract or agreement.
